What should I check in advance?
Measure the window or balcony opening, and check that no power lines or trees block the way. The crane needs space to stand by the building, and sometimes a municipal permit is needed to block the street. The professional tells you what is required.
Say which floor the apartment is on, whether there is an elevator and its size, and whether the truck can park close to the entrance. These affect time and price the most.
