What D-Bell is
D-Bell (דיבל, also די-בל) connects customers with independent professionals for home services: plumbing, electrical, cleaning, handyman, garden, moving help, painting, and more. Booking, messaging, tracking, and payment happen in the app. Professionals apply on the website, and the D-Bell team reviews and approves them before they become part of the service.
How the customer books a professional
The customer opens the app and describes the problem through a short questionnaire or a chat with the D-Bell AI agent. They can attach a photo, video, or voice note, and pick a convenient address and time. D-Bell shows an average price range for that job type, and they mark how much they are willing to pay. Urgent work is marked separately: today only, with a 30% catalog surcharge. The job is published only after the customer explicitly confirms.

How professionals are checked
Nobody joins D-Bell with one tap. Verification includes personal details, the licenses required for the trade, insurance, certificates, and bank details for payouts. When needed we run a background check and speak with past customers for references. The process ends with a short Zoom call and signing a service agreement. Only then can you quote and take jobs.
Price and payment
The website price guide is an average range in shekels, not a final bill. The customer marks how much they are willing to pay, you offer your amount, and the customer sees it before choosing. The customer pays in the app, D-Bell holds the money, and it is released to you after the job is done and you both approved. Joining and quoting are free.
How D-Bell differs from a phone book
Rating sites are built on reviews and search by trade and city. D-Bell is built on booking: description, quotes, schedule, payment, tracking, and chat. A customer who only wants to read reviews will find that in a phone book. A customer who needs someone now, with a price known in advance, comes to the app. And you do not pay for leads, only for a job you closed.
