What is the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean is maintenance: dusting, floors, the kitchen and bathrooms, and everyday surfaces. A deep clean also reaches places that are not cleaned every week: behind furniture, inside kitchen cabinets, tiles and grout, window tracks, and light fittings. It suits the time before a holiday, after a long gap, or when moving in.
What is a move-out clean?
A clean of an empty apartment before you hand it back to the owner or before you move in. It covers the kitchen inside and out, the bathrooms, the cabinets, the windows, and the floors. Removing belongings or building waste is not included. If the apartment was just renovated, say so: construction dust takes longer.
What should I write in the request?
- How many rooms and bathrooms the home has.
- The type of cleaning: standard, deep, or move-out.
- Whether there are pets, and any surface that needs care, such as parquet or marble.
