How much does a small move cost?
A small move within the city usually costs ILS 450 to 1100. If you only need hands without a vehicle, one helper costs ILS 120 to 190 per hour. These are average D-Bell catalog ranges.
What counts as a small move?
- One or a few large items, like a sofa, fridge, or washing machine.
- A studio apartment or a room in a shared flat.
- Boxes and belongings that fit in a small van.
What should the request say?
List the items, give both addresses, and say when suits you best. Say which floor, whether there is an elevator and its size, and whether the truck can park close to the entrance. These affect time and price the most.
How is it done properly?
- Confirm the item count in advance, to bring a vehicle of the right size.
- Wrap each item and secure it in the vehicle.
- Protect walls and door frames on the way.
- Load and unload carefully, including on floors with no elevator.
- Place each item where you chose.
