Building entrance intercom
An old entrance intercom that does not ring every apartment, or residents who want a system with a camera and keypad. In D-Bell the building committee books a technician and gets quotes before choosing.

How much does a building intercom cost?
A building entrance intercom system usually costs ILS 3500 to 6000, depending on the number of apartments and the panel type. Repairing an existing intercom costs ILS 250 to 500. These are average D-Bell catalog ranges.
What does the job include?
- An entrance panel with buttons or a screen, sometimes with a camera and keypad.
- A link to the electric lock of the entrance door.
- A handset in each apartment, or a link to residents’ phones.
What should I write in the request?
- The number of apartments and floors.
- Whether the building wiring is sound.
- A photo of the current panel.
How is it done properly?
- Map every apartment and the building's existing wiring.
- Agree the timing and model with the house committee.
- Fit the panel at the entrance and connect the door lock.
- Replace or connect the units in the apartments according to the plan.
- Test ringing and door release from every apartment and leave tidy names on the panel.
How it works

Say what you need
New cameras, an intercom that stopped working, or Wi-Fi that does not reach every room? Say in the app what you want, photograph the spot, and pick a time.

Choose a technician
Verified security and networking technicians send quotes. Compare the amount, rating and reviews, and pick the one that fits.

See it all on your phone
The technician installs, sets up phone viewing, and shows you how it works. Approve the finished work, pay by card in the app, then leave a review.
